The ACE Training Centre is the Sydney training base for Toll Uncrewed Systems and recently we caught up with Business Manager Lesley Condon - who earlier this year became the first woman in Australia to launch and recover a V-BAT drone! 8 years ago whilst running a fixed wing flying school, her company made a pivot into drones and she never looked back. Now at Toll Uncrewed Systems she has her sights set on becoming the largest drone training and operations provider in Australia and New Zealand.
